I boutht DML #6301 „Pz.IV ausf E mit Vorpanzer“ last Friday. I have not yet started building it, but checked spurs and compared parts against those in DML’s first Pz.IV ausf E “3 in 1” kit (#6264).

I am pleased to report that it appears DML has corrected quite a lot of parts. It is amazing that they managed to do this in a very short period of time since the release of the #6264 kit. There still are some points which I would like to see corrected. But this kit, #6301, is vast improvement over #6264, and, in my opinion, this is the way #6264 should have looked in the first place.

I would like to expect their forthcoming Pz.IV B, C, and D kits will have more improvement, and will be better than ever.

I. Items which were wrong in #6264

1. Lower Hull and Running Gear
1.1 Chassis length:- #6264:too long, #6301:FIXED
1.2 Space between bogies:- #6264:too wide, #6301:FIXED
1.3 Position of the first return roller:- #6264:wrong, #6301:FIXED
1.4 Diameter of the return roller:- #6264:too large, #6301:FIXED

Я их переделывать не буду! Лень. Через годик 6301 куплю и будет правильная ешка:) А пока попробую покрасить хорошо.

Вот о том я и говорю, эту переделывать не буду, куплю лучше 6301, а на 6264 буду пораску отрабатывать.
