Hi guys
I'd like to introduce my other old model from the time when I brushpainted.
The most unusual is zimmerit for it I used crepe paper scliced on the thin strips and glued on the surface.
That was just my experiment. I agree with opinion the zimmerit is fairly irregular and thick from place to place. But
let's say that was hastily applicated close the battlefield. Camouflage pattern is quite as per my phantasy.
Nothing more I don't remember

Thanks Viktor. The admin relocated my Sturmtiger to the sandbox. So I intended the both friends (Sturmtiger and Tiger) should share the same section side by side.
By the way I don't see the sandbox like a something worse. There are lot of nice models, some of them maybe better than another one in the gallery

The idea is clear and understandable.
And it seems that the implementation is encouraging,BUT.
The view of zimmerit-AND YES AND NO-looks most likely not large-scale.
Watandost good,BUT discrepancies are present(in the chassis).The tracks are muddy too much.
This is my personal opinion.

Циммеритовое покрытие наносилось на заводе(кстати оно запатентовано)и в поле из подручных материалов его воспроизвести нельзя. Цаммерит конечно не масштабный и не очень аккуратный. Работа сильно залита краской(слишком толстый слой краски).
The zimmerite coating was applied at the factory (by the way it is patented) and cannot be reproduced in the field from scrap materials. Zammerite is certainly not large-scale and not very neat. Work is heavily filled with paint (too thick layer of paint).

Very effective model turned out. But I think with these effects, the model would look better on the diorama, with an appropriate plot and setting. If this model will just stand on the shelf - will create the feeling that something is missing

Весьма самобытная модель - интересное решение.
Кстати, циммерит наносился не только на заводе, но и с тем же успехом, в ремонтных мастерских.
