Hi guys,
My last model in 2011. I'm very satisfied with the new tool Airfix kit because it folds very easily, even it's not accurate at all. I was comparing Airfix to KP and HobbyBoss and I saw some major diferences between the 3 kits. Airfix body is much longer and fatter, verical tail much bigger and with higher angle. Wings and canopy are oversized, but I'm not obsessed at all with accuracy, 'just having some fun in free time...
I only corrected the canopy, adding center line on it. A few minutes of work with putty and it looks much better. Some rivets on kit + Eduard PE set + aftermarket decals. MiG is painted with Mr. Color paints, faded with same, and washed with Promodeller Dark Earth, I used Tamiya D set too.
