This is one of 11 MiG's that were destroyed during NATO aggression in 1999 on SR Yugoslavia. Only 4 survived the attack and they are still flying, hopefully... It's dedicated to pilot Milenko Pavlović who was shot down on May 4th, 1999 over city Valjevo By Dutch F-16. He fought against 16 NATO planes, totally unfair combat + his radar didn't worked at all... Plane crashed near the Petnica village
I'm very proud on this model, because he defended my country and my people even though we were powerless and weak. Also, it's nice to have part of domestic history in model showcase.
Model is from Italeri, 1/72, very nice if you want to build it OOB, but when you start to correct mistakes... it's nightmare. But anyway, I enjoyed doing it.

Good work, heroism of the Serbian pilots which weren't afraid to be got involved in fight with NATO planes even on MiG-21 it is worthy to get involved in an unpleasant incident. On model: left rather not bad, here only colors somehow deform pictures.Nozzles certainly not those, but it is a trouble of all models MiG-29. As a whole the model was pleasant.
