I've just finished my latest Fishbed. It's a well known Condor kit, OOB. I re-scribed all panel lines, add rivets and few stuff in scratch build ( like whole cockpit, double lancers for R-60... ). Model is painted with Mr. Color, matt cote is also from Mr. Color. For gloss surface, I used Pronto ( wax for wooden floors ), maybe 4-5 coats, and after decals 3 more...
Decals are Lift Here, they are 2-3 years old so I had some problems with them, but Gunze ( Softener and Setter ) fixed the problem. Also, I used Tamiya D Set and black paint for wash and brown to simulate rust and oil patches ( I don't know how to say that 
).
Pictures will say the rest, I'm not so good at writing...

Это не ОЗ СФРЮ. У СФРЮ был флаг со звездой во весь киль + звезды на крыльях.

About Yugoslavia... actually, there were 2 Yugoslavian countries:
1. 1945 - 1991 - That was big Yugoslavia, 6 countries : Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia. Full name was ( on Serbian: СФРЈ - Социјалистичка Федеративна Република Југославија ). Roundels were with red star and blue/white circle
2. After big Yugoslavia collapsed (civil war), new Yugoslavia has been created, 2 countries : Serbia and Montenegro. ( on Sebian: СРЈ - Савезна Република Југославија ). But few years after bombing ( NATO aggression, 1999 ), name was changed in ( on Serbian: СЦГ - Србија и Црна Гора ).
3. 2006, Serbia and Montenegro ( СЦГ ) does not exist any more, because Montenegro became independent country.
So, from 1991 to 2006, roundels on aircraft's were same ( as we popular call them here in Serbia, "Pepsi" roundels), like on my MiG-21 Bis.
I hope I have solved the dilemma about roundels.

@Ляш Игорь (Kent) - Thank you too! All Yugoslav MiG-21's were extremely dirty, even now in Serbian Air Force, so I think that gloss coat/shiny on this MiG is not necessary, check the picture: ( This MiG is located in Batajnica, ev. number 17221, also from 126 Л.А.Е "Дельта" )
