Спасибо всем! Я очень рад что вам нравится модель.
@matvei_bogdanov
Модель сделан по заказу и я отправлю его из Сербий в Казахстан. В транспорте много частей можно сломатся и потому я не клею их.
Извините, я не говорю по русскии хорошо.
@kent
Thanks. I use airbrush for all fading, just take lighter colour than base and make some freehand fading. Later I use paper or masking tape and place on some panel lines to make sharp colour transitions from base to lighter colour. It`s basically same like Mig Jimenez does on his AFV Modulation techniques video.
Looks GREAT, SukhoiSRB! As always!) Have you used salt method?
Thanks!
No, i haven`t used it, just a lot of experimenting with my airbrush and different tones of gray.
Model is made on order and i couldn`t place weapons and fuel tanks because they would break during transport.
Other than that, it`s made to be "in flight" so landing gear is not lowered )
@sergei
I made scratches with thin brush
Thanks for comments
Well, there weren`t any pilots with the model
As for fact it is clean, theese F-15s were rehauled and repainted in mod eagle scheme, here are pictures of real planes, notice how clean they are
@phantom
Yes it is
I had to leave some parts separated because it was made by request so i want to prevent any damage during transport in mail.
@snitok
It will be hanging for ceiling i believe when it arrives to new owner
First they invented stealth airplanes, now stealth pilots
)
Well i think Serbs can understand Russian easier than Russians can understand Serbs at least that`s how i feel when i listen something in Russian because i recognize some words that are similar in Croatian but sound different in Serbian
I doubt anyone would understand if i wrote in Serbian
Thanks
Well, back in SFRY air force was very well maintained and planes were often really clean and in great shape

Unfortunately nowadays after wars and all budget cuts that military took, not all planes are in such great condition
I don`t know this is my frist WW2 plane in 1/48 and first Fw-190 i haven`t build others
Well, i got couple of comments like that before, how do you want me to take pictures of model? Bigger in size or?
Thanks by the way
@kent
What do you have in mind as improvements?
Thanks guys
@kent
I havent used any aftermarket, its all out of box
Yes, there are couple mistakes, i made this for a friend and he just wanted to get a "good for the eye" look of the tank.
By the way, i can write in Russian with google translate but it looks very bad and inaccurate so i think its better to write in english.
Aleksei tu parles francais?
I got it from a friend of mine, i dont know where he found it
Its very old kit, not in production anymore. Zvezda bought license for it and is making basically the same model but under their name.
@tihon & alex
Yes, in Serbia. It is MiG-29 that is in active service within Serbian air force. I took opportnutiy to take pictures on airshow
@kedroff
Yes, thats true story unfortunately, that is such shame and disgrace to Serbian goverment
Milenko stays in hearts of all Serbs as a true hero though and will be such forever
@gudzon
I don`t understand why you get it so personal. You said you don`t like my ship and that`s ok, but why keep commenting?
Anyway, i do lack experience in this area and it`s quite different than making a tank or airplane.
You can`t use putty on joint of superstructure and deck since when you try to sand it deck details would completely destroyed.
On the other hand that Trumpeter model isn`t really Tamiya where it all fits without problem, there were a lot of problems with part fitting.
And in the end i dont know if you ever built ship in 1/700, if you did you would know it`s pretty small and hard to work with, although Kirov is ~40cm in length it`s details are very small on some parts.
As i said i will make ships in 1/350 and then i will pay atention to every single details.
Thank you for information
I saw your model of Kiev and i`m really impressed, i dont think i`ve seen any better model in 1/700 scale!
Which photo etch set have you used for that model?
I will add propellers later, same as on Varyag.
Evey other mistakes, same as on Varyag, still lack of experience in this area of modelism and fact its 1/700 scale but i hope i`ll improve with time on 1/350
I havent done rigging since its too small in 1/700 and i dont have tools for something like that. In 1/350 i will do it of course.
Many small antennas are missing since i used one PE set for both ships (my budget is limited unfortunately)
I will add propellers later,i have to find good colour to paint them first
Waterline is to big but again it`s really hard in 1/700 to get it better.
Anyway thanks for noticing all errors, i will do my best to fix that in 1/350!
I was in a rush to finish model for competition so thats why there is no armament. I will add it later.
@vadim
One is single and other is two seater.
No particular reason why i made them with same cammouflage, i just really like that pattern
@pepereina
Well, there where some other good models too, it shared 1st place with one other
I took me 3 months exatcly to finish both single and two seater.
@pepereina
Thanks
I tried to keep them clean, only a bit of weathering and few paint scratches, nothing more
I will probably add some more dust to tracks though, i was in a rush to finish them for a competition
