Hello everyone here are the pics i took today from air force museum in Serbia. It was competition here today so i took the chance to againt ake photos of everyhting there. You can see a lot off planes dating from WW2 and on, Bf-109, Yak-3, Hurricane, Spitfire, Il-2, etc. what Yugoslav air force had in its inventory. There are also photos of shot down F-117, F-16, Predator UAV, cruise missiles etc. which Serbian AA defence shot down adn obtained during 1999. Enjoy
And for the end, emblem of once powerful Air force, with great equipment and planes which unforunatly dissapeared with break of former Yugoslavia.
I couldnt take more pics because i was in hurry there are also dispalyed outside of museum Ju-52,Se-210 Caravelle, Ka-27, Mi-8, Sa-2 AA system, Mi-4 etc. There is also Fw-190 and Bu-133 in the museum and thats all i know, but i probably forgot some planes...
Behind the museum there is large number of old planes, not longer in use, mostly G-2, J-22, MiG-21. There was also one MiG-23MLD outside the museum (ex-Iraqi) but it was moved last year to Batajnica AFB i dont know why, probably they will paint them again but there were stories that they will return them to Iraq which sucks. Anyway i hope you like the photos.
Legendary shut-downed F-117.... I remember TV-reports about this Jugoslavian joke ("Excuse, we don't no about he is invisible!") and America's panic))))) 2 days we with my friend from Novi Sad drunkin' for this))) Thanks for a good show!
